Machine Connectivity Support


Interactive Support (IS), as a system, covers three main areas: The machine side, which includes the end user; the support side, whichProduct Graphic includes the support technician, equipment distributor, or OEM supplier; and the connectivity between the machine and support sides. Within each of the three main product areas, options are available to fit your individual support needs, as well as your budget.

The IS system is deceptively simply: Hardware on both the machine and support side includes a true color digital video camera, headset and microphone, and modem. The "heart" of IS, however, lies in the patented, hardware/software configuration that allows simultaneous use of software and hardware components that are individually designed to have full use of phone line and communication utilities.
