Extend Library Services with Self-Service Pickup

The holdIT™ automated self-service reservations kiosk allows libraries to extend their opening hours by providing a secure self-service pick-up point. Designed for both indoor and outdoor environments, it enables librarians to remotely load lockers while users can quickly access reserved items by scanning them in the application.

Once an item is scanned, holdIT™ dedicates a locker and prints a receipt with a barcode showing the item and locker number. When a bin is ready to be loaded, library staff scan the barcode on the receipt, and the system automatically unlocks the correct locker to place the item inside.
